This service begins with an initial free consultation to dertermine how you imagine your wedding day to be and to start discussing at length ideas so that your wedding day reflects your own unique style.

We will be able to provide you with a portflio of suppliers and venues for you to choose from but will also be able to deal with any that you already may have in mind.

Once you have decided on Cloud 9 Weddings to plan your perfect day we will then take care of everything from the venue, caterers transport and much more, we will also keep you informed regulary of all details and give you plenty of notice when any decisions are to be made.

 

Venue & Supplier Sourcing

 Many brides like to plan their own special day but often dont have the time or knowledge, at Cloud 9 Weddings we can take the time to find venues and suppliers to best suit your needs and requirements and that are within your budget. We can also arrange for all mettings between yourself and the suppliers and venues and can also be present if needed.

Final Countdown

By handing over the final preperations to Cloud 9 Weddings it means that you can sit back and relax with the peace of mind that your wedding day will be planned to perfection.

6-8 weeks before the big day we will arrange to meet to discuss in depth all your arrangements so far, we will then call up and arrange to meet where possible all your suplliers and your chosen venue to re-confirm all the details and also re-confirm any rsvps not yet replied.
